Capacity Permit Application Form

The following information is required when applying for a Capacity Permit:

Completed Capacity Permit Application Form (see link)
Copy of plot plan
Payment must be made by check or money order. The current capacity fee is $1,500.00 for each
equivalent dwelling unit (EDU). Contact Authority Manager for calculation of capacity fee for
commercial properties.
Capacity permits are processed from Monday-Friday, from 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
